I've gotten a side before, but for some reason my high school was obsessed with these, and like the majority of them got it under a minute it was ridiculous.

Dude, that's the same with my school is right now! Everyone's bringing these things in and solving them in ridiculous amounts of time. Funny story, actually...

I bet this kid he couldn't solve it before the bus reached his house, and in under 5 minutes he was able to shove a solved Rubik's Cube in my face and laugh all the way home. I underestimated him big-time... :P

To solve one face is much easier, but if want to solve every 6 faces, then it does really hard.

i have solved one and a half faces, but thats it! when ever i make anew face, it messed up! i suck at this.

Well, once I managed to get 3 sides, but like SI said, you just have to mess everything else up to finish. Which I can't seem to do.

Some video I saw of someone who solved the Rubix cube quickly paused in order to finish (but he also paused the timer as well so the time he solved the cube was longer than the timer showed).
